"시설이 노후되어 세탁과 청소로도 감춰질 수 없는 미세한 불쾌감이 있습니다. 공조 설비에서 내려오는 공기 나 침구의 냄새에서 세월의 흔적이 맡아집니다. 또한 가족 단위 투숙객이 많음에도 방음이 철저한 편은 아니라, 투숙객 이동이 많은 아침, 저녁 시간에는 소음을 감수해야 합니다. 주변 환경은 불국사 입구의 천혜의 조건이나, 이를 호젓히 즐기기 위해 오랜 기간 숙소에 머무르기 보다 단기간 잠만 주무실 분들이나 이른 새벽 석굴암 방문하실 분들은 가성비 숙소로 괜찮다고 판단됩니다."

"On arrival, there was no assistance with luggage, which was surprising for a 4-star hotel and set a slightly underwhelming first impression. The staff interactions throughout our stay felt quite matter-of-fact rather than warm or welcoming, and room service was average. On the positive side, the facilities were good overall. We particularly liked the on-site café and grocery shop, which were convenient and well maintained. The room and bathroom were big, clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel is clean and well equipped, but service and hospitality could be improved to better match its 4-star rating."

"I loved my business stay at Sono Calm Yeoju, so this time I chose Sono Calm Gyeongju. First of all, I really liked the location, and having a hot spring within the resort made it even more appealing. I still don't quite understand why hotel guests only receive a 20% discount for using it, but I suppose that's common in Korea, where pools and spa facilities are often charged separately. That said, the breakfast was excellent, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay. While rushing to check out in time for my train, I accidentally left my jacket behind. When I contacted the hotel the next day, they kindly shipped it to me that very same day. That was truly impressive service. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return with my family next time. I was also happy to learn that pets are welcome."

"Location of the property is good for public transport as the express bus terminal is very near and the intercity Bus terminal is next door. The area right around the hotel isn't very nice. Some grubby restaurants but not much else. You'll have to walk 10 to 15 minutes to get to the area with nice restaurants."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was that if you arrive early, they offer free secure luggage storage lockers where you can store your bags, lock them, and take the key with you while you explore. They also offer free laundry as long as you have your own detergent, but if you don’t, they have detergent available for purchase for only 2,000 KRW. The location was also perfect with so many restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions all within walking distance. Everything made the stay easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and staying here again on my next trip."
