Older property near industrial area and airport. No elevator! Ask for a first floor room if you don't like climbing stairs. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept well with earplugs in - necessary because the walls are thin. Having said all that, the price was right for the property and the staff was friendly. All in all, a good hotel to sleep in but not much else.

Hot tubs weren't turned on so ice cold....

The property was out dated, needs good remodeling. Strange smell throughout the hotel. The sink doesn’t was broken and spraying water so you cannot even stay next to it. Breakfast was very limited. The beds we’re comfortable and clean.

The property overall was good. The breakfast was more than we expected. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water. We stayed 3 nights and the only hot shower I got was on the last morning, when the hotel was practically empty. The front desk said that the water issue was due to the hotel being sold out. Now, we went on graduation weekend. I'm sure this isn't the first time this hotel has been sold out for graduation weekend. If you know you have water issues when you are sold out, wouldn't you put more money into a better heating system?

My only complaint is we did not have hot water in the morning. It was warm but hot. The front desk was super friendly and the place was very clean.

Wiring for Tv unsafe and no hot water with plumbing fixtures that need to be replaced

Nice place . We caught low season rates and there were only a few other guests as highway 50 W of Gunnison was closed due to a broken bridge.
