The property is in good condition. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I learned from the staff that you don’t need to pay the extra $5 per room on Expedia to get the continental breakfast which is complimentary with the stay. Expedia tried to sell something that is provided for free from the SpringHill.

I didn't get the pull out sofa, I needed it.

Thank you for your feedback during your stay. I do apologize your stay was not what you were expecting with your room and I apologize you were not fully aware or explained to about our rooms. All of our rooms do come with a pull out sofa. The trundle bed is located under the couch right below the couch cushions where you can pull it out. Also each closet has a sheet set, pillow case, comforter, and pillow for the trundle bed. Again, I do apologize because we take pride in above standard expectations with our guests. If you find yourself back at our hotel, we have someone here 24/7 to help assist with things like this. Thank you for staying with us.
