The hotel needs more inventory of their carts to transport luggage. Packed house but not enough carts. A lot of people were waiting for one and ended up manually taking things out. My family being one. Other than that, I was very pleased with the hotel.

The bed was lumpy and I did not get any rest the entire time I was there! The mattress was very bad and the pillows were flat. I left with back and neck pain. I called for additional pillows but was told that they didn’t have any. I tried to call the general manager’s number on the card but it was actually the number to the front desk. This was the worst stay I’ve waver had and that says a lot coming from me as I travel weekly for business. Worst part is that the attendant at the counter told me that they have been trying to convince management that they need to replace the mattresses. That really upset me to hear that. There needs to be some upgrades made to the mattresses.

Great breakfast. Very clean and friendly. Decorate for holidays makes it so welcoming! Will stay here again for sure!

Very comfortable huge room. Easy check in. It was mid May but they had bought out all of Hobby Lobby, Micheal’s and the dollar store of their “americana” decor. Too much!

While we appreciate that your stay was nice and you had a comfortable, huge room, I cannot disagree with you more regarding our Memorial Day decor and tribute to our service members and veterans.Each month, we have Navy, Airforce and Marines Drilling at our hotel as well as two local military bases that we house active duty service members daily. Many of them have thanked us for the recognition that we are giving to honor them and their service. Many of our staff, including myself as the GM, are married to and/or have family members who have either served or currently served and we are "very patriotic". This is not overly done and is simply your opinion and to state such is in poor taste. If you don't have anything nice to say, then please keep your comments to yourself. We will continue to support our service men and women as WE CHOOSE in our beautiful Hampton Inn.
