Great stay

Do you overall condition of the hotel is good. for the hotel I’d give it a five out of five.. for the rooms i’d give a four out of five, just because of a few small details, for a five-star hotel. stayed here a couple of times. The location is good and the staff is excellent they’re always willing to be helpful. The beds are a little hard, but that’s everywhere in China, so I don’t think they can change it .. I will definitely keep coming back, it is a great place to stay

Check in staff not trained well and we had been sent to wrong room 3 times. Staff not familiar with international guest requests, for example, it is really hard to explain why we need power adaptor in order to use the hotel wall plug. The key card nor reliable, have to reset multiple times during the stay

Well located and nice hotel in center of city

Pleasant hotel. Good buffet breakfast and up to world standards. A few staff speak English, probably because most of clientele is Chinese.

Great hotel

Great location! Great staff! Great Breakfast! Only the WiFi in the room wasn’t working well!

Great experience!

The hotel staff was very professional and made us feel special. The room was a GREAT value! Great view! The front desk staff's English language was excellent. The lobby staff and housekeeping were very friendly and spoke some English. We were surprised by how clean the room was and how all the furnishings and equipment in the room was in good condition. The bathroom was beautiful, clean and spotless, expect that there were mold spots in the shower.

Adoption Trip

We stayed at this hotel when we were in province to adopt our child. We were there for 7 days and had two adjoining rooms on the 33rd floor. They were spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping was ok, they never vacuumed unless you asked and with 3 small children we really needed it daily. The buffet was decent, a little pricey but there were lots of options. There's a ton of restaurants across the river that are excellent and reasonably priced. The service was great and they were very kind to us. The hotel is close to the city square, parks and shopping.
