Beautiful place to relax and enjoy some quality time. The green areas and gardens were well kept. Pools and jacuzzis were clean and refreshing. The food at the restaurant was good. The only minor inconvenience, was that upon arriving to the restaurant, the hostesses seemed a bit reluctant to seat us. It was 9:05pm and we had been informed at the front desk that the restaurant would close at 9:30. The hostesses told us that the restaurant closed at 9pm, due to "low occupancy". She proceeded to seat us but told us that we had to order quickly because they were closing soon. As someone who works in the restaurant business, I think she could had conveyed this message a little more delicately instead putting pressure on your guests to order quickly. Other the this minor inconvenience, we had en amazing time and would visit again.

Great peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Quiet, great views, great pools, great restaurant, best of the best of the west side of the island.

What an amazing stay! We love this resort, especially because it’s so kid friendly. Our kids had the best time. The staff is exceptionally kind and the resort is beautiful. Rooms were kept clean and surrounding areas as well. Will go back again and again. My only comment is food in the Palmas restaurant was bland and overcooked every time..needs more love :)

Great location with many things to do. Decent rooms, easy parking, friendly staff. Food was adequate.

The Verdanza hotel is located in a great location and close to restaurants and Old San Juan. You don’t ned to rent. A car and can catch an Uber ride at low cost.

Todo excelente. El lugar es hermoso, muy bien cuidado. Brinda un ambiente de relajación y calma. Las facilidades son hermosas y muy limpias. Los empleados fueron muy atentos y amables. La comida en el restaurante Las Palmad es buena, también nos encantaron los músicos que participan en el restaurante. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en familia. Este lugar tiene todo para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones. Recomendado.
