The hotel has amazing view of the city.
Friendly staff who will go out of their way to help us if we needed something.

Excellent stay, love the extra large bathtub. Large room great for couple and family with kids. Absolutely a better deal than Rosewood Guangzhou.

The hotel is very luxurious. The staffs from the concierge, bell service to cleaner are all very nice and friendly. We booked a Deluxe Twin Room with City View. The room was on level 83 and the view could be very good if the weather is good. During my stay, the weather was bad so what I could see outside was cloud. I love the bathroom because it is enormously big with heated floor. I got an email from the hotel on the day before i arrived to check on my ETA so they could try to have the room ready when I arrived. They also extended my check out because i accidentally injured my back in the bathroom on the first night. I was very grateful for this because I could have rest more before I flew to Frankfurt later that day.

Exquisite stay. The view from my room of the city and canton tower was spectacular.
The restaurant on the 100th floor is amazing. Delicious food, extra, extra friendly staff and excellent all round service.
