A very nice hotel. The room is high tech. Toilets in the room are all automatic flush. We booked a suite this time and the room is super nice. Business lounge on 27th floor is great and the staffs are very attentive. We will definitely stay at Conrad when coming to Guangzhou next time.

Bad service

No service for the concierge, asked the breakfast confirmation, the concierge replied me maybe have!!! No eyes contact, no reaction! But the room cleaning staff is good and helpful.

Great stay but service can be improved

Love the size and cleanliness of the room and accessible to down town shopping. Service was lukewarm from receptionist and the staff at main door. No smile or greeting from staff at the main door and they did not offer any help with the luggage during our departure. Overall still a very comfortable stay but don’t expect customer service from the staff like any other international hotels
