Close to restaurants and Walmart for needed items.

All was good but at 7 30 am we came down for breakfast and it was all gone and no sign of putting out more.

The room smelled like smoke. The sheets were ripped. The floor was dirty, needed to be cleaned & vacuumed. The shower had a used bar of soap sitting in the corner.

So sorry but you didn't report any problem with your room during your stay if you had maybe someone could have helped you. So you can't blame anyone if you don't report a problem.

Check in was great, day shift rude, night shift rude, evening shift was great at front desk. Tried to call directly the week before to make reservations and the dayshift manager was rude. So made them on here. Breakfast was good. Stayed here last yr about 8 times and did not receive the same great hospitality this year as last.

Sorry never received a call from you here at the hotel directly and I couldn't find you in our system for previous stays but am sorry you didn't like your stay.
