Staff were excellent. Views are amazing. Would stay again. Only disappointment was we would complimentary airport transfers included, we left from the port which was closer than airport & they wouldn’t honour transfer instead charging us 30 euros for a 10 min transfer. It was only disappointment, everything else superb.

This is a beautiful hotel. But if you’re not into stairs this hotel is not for you! The reception is street level but that’s it. Everywhere else requires stairs to get to! But the views are well worth it! There is a shuttle running a few times a day into/from Fira which is convenient. It is only about a half hour walk though into town if you prefer. There is a convenience store across the street. The hotel smells like a spa!

The property is beautiful with stunning views of the caldera and the sea. The service is excellent and attentive. There is a convenient shuttle to Fira and one can walk as well. Lovely rooms, pools nice areas to relax in

Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Were able to suggest great excursions and help us book them. The room and hotel was very clean. And the view of the caldera/volcano was spectacular.
