Excellent hotel, everything from rooms to food to staff was excellent. Drinks are also excellent and not the cheap stuff you usually get with all inclusives. Having the restaurants within the hotel is very convenient and the food there is also great. Added bonus of having a desert restaurant which stays open into the night.

The property was pristine. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Mitsis Laguna for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Crete.

It was fantastic. The spa was amazing. The a la carte dining options are better than the main dining.
