The property was dirty, smelly and not as advertised. Apparently they have two properties in one location, Quality and Roadway Inn which aren’t advertised. The rep at Roy was very dishonest telling us there weren’t anymore rooms available to accommodate us as he usually does for the customers. However there were plenty of rooms available as I could see the through the reflecting mirror behind him at the counter. He then nervously gave a room in another building all the way in the back by woods where no other guests were and that was more creepy and filthy than the other one. I wouldn’t even rate this property one star. I’ll never stay there again!

This is a very rundown property and the pictures on the website do not come close to what you will actually be staying in. The rooms are tiny (two people in a King room would be overcrowded) and dark with the three lamps in the room only providing minimal light. The bathrooms are in terrible condition. The sink is stained, the vent fan is really noisy, they had three different lightbulbs in the fixture over the mirror (and one was burned out), the handle to switch from tub to shower was broken and sharp enough to cut my fingers, the bathtub does not drain fast enough so you are standing in 3" of dirty water by the time you finish (and everything settles to the bottom of the tub to be seen the next time you shower. The grout between the tiles is simply black with dirt.
They only provide room service every three days so make sure to hang up your towels after you use them.
Be aware that they charge a $7.95 per day destination fee that does not show up on the Expedia website. When I asked the manager about it I was told that it is used to cover the costs of the small shampoo bottles, coffee & the sugar/whitener packs and even toilet paper. All things that are normally part of the room rate.
Breakfast is just OK with the only warm item being the Waffle you make with the Waffle Maker. Other than that there is a toaster and some cold cereal with a gallon jug of milk in the refrigerator.
Location is close to most restaurants which is the only redeeming quality.
Will not go back!

Room was very clean. Desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. Did not use the indoor pool area. Just didn't have time.

Overall Okay
Posted 25 Feb 2024 on HotelsStaff were friendly. Easy check-in. Room was clean and had all that we needed. Only issue was bed and pillows destroyed my back, not very comfortable. Other than that everything else went smoothly.
