"Had another wonderful stay at Park Royal overall. The service staff, from the doormen to the front desk and call centre team, were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve its operational processes: 1. Prior to check-in, we requested an additional bed and two sets of duvets as we were arriving after 10pm with a very sleepy child. While Guest Services confirmed the request, a subsequent email from the Front Desk seemed to suggest otherwise, which was confusing. Upon arrival, the room was not fully prepared, and the additional bed and duvets were only set up after we had entered the room. Unfortunately, this disturbed our child and resulted in a difficult first night. I would have expected while waiting for the room to be ready, the additional request would be part of it. 2. During our stay, requests for additional blankets and duvets took longer than expected to be fulfilled. We understand the hotel may have been busy, but there is room for improvement. 3. This was our third visit, and on each occasion there was a delay in room readiness. Most notably, on this stay, despite arriving well after 10pm, there was still a wait before the room was ready. That said, these issues would not stop us from returning. Park Royal remains one of the better family-friendly hotels we have stayed at, and we hope this feedback helps make an already good experience even better."

"Friendly staff, very helpful and kind. Always smiling and accommodating. Will try their best to speak to you despite some language barrier . Breakfast was fantastic with an array of local and international cuisine. Club lounge was adequate but was better at other MOs. Overall great hotel with fantastic location."

"Room were spacious.. Breakfast was great, so many choices. Even the staff offered us fresh made juices. Staff were friendly and helpful We came before check in and our room wasn't ready, so they told us to wait at level 26 at the club lounge. And they served us drinks and afternoon snacks, so delightful"

"Absolutely stunning hotel. Service was top notch. Every request was handled quickly. Breakfast was wonderful. The pool areas are gorgeous. Every detail of this place is immaculate. Highly recommend staying here. They even have a rooftop party with a DJ Saturday nights. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Jakarta if the budget allows. A++++"
The St. Regis Jakarta

"Clean room. But definitely outdated. Not what I expected for St Regis standards. Sockets fell out of the wall, safe in room wasn’t working, fixtures were installed slanted and there wasn’t much attention to detail. I left feeling wanting more. Best thing about staying here was definitely the bar. Visited on all nights we stayed here. Amazing live music. However, Toilets at the bar were in a horrible state by the end of the night and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned all night. Good variety of food at breakfast but overcrowded. Felt less like a luxury hotel and more like a business hotel."

"Highly recommended! As a frequent traveler who has visited more than 30 countries, I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was excellent — the people, the service, the rooms, the breakfast, and even the pricing. The swimming pool was great, very clean and relaxing. Room service was also impressively fast, whether ordering food or requesting room cleaning. The staff made us feel truly welcome and provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. A perfect experience from start to finish — I would definitely come back again!"
