Location and amenities are good, however bathroom tap wear has some wear and tear issues. Also a bit dissatisfied that in our 5 night stay there was no housekeeping, it was my fault as I haven’t check it upon check booking. Rather then that nice stay in good area all you might want to have will stay again

Gorgeous ocean view apartment. Right across from the beach. Very clean and well appointed.

This place provides good value for money. A few issues though: - overall the room felt bit grotty (not thoroughly cleaned) - massive roadworks along the Gold Coast Freeway and side streets. - unstable wi-fi (super annoying!!)

Unfortunately the Tram line construction and wifi due to extreme weather in this area over the last couple of months are not in our control. Nice and close to the beach. The hotel was promising, as it had a nice laidback vibe. Unfortunately our room was in dire need of refurbishment and good clean. The bathrooms smelled quite musty and I had to do a deep clean of the shower areas when we got there as it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked (the toilets were fine though). Also, for some reason the aircon in our room stopped working at night (it was blowing warm air and was quite uncomfortable for the two nights we were there). Very strange considering the other aircons were great and it worked fine during the day. We did end up enjoying our stay, just those few things that could have made it a lot better. The rooftop area was very pretty and it’s nice and close to the beach. The kitchen area had everything we needed (dishwasher, fridge etc in good working order) and it had three aircons which is great for a 2bdrm apartment.

Do not waste your money

This place has been the worst experience of our life. Nothing works and the reception staff won the award for being the rudest ever

Hi Cheryl,As per our conversation yesterday as well as on the other reviews you are leaving, this is a very unnecessary and deeply saddening review. As we explained to you, late checkouts are met with a fee of 50 per hour after 10am, we waived this for you until 11.30am to give you some more time in the room with your departing being later. However when you did not show up at 11.30, we called and called again to ensure everything was okay and that you would be coming with the keys soon to which you did not respond. Our housekeeping team went up and you still were not out of the unit until 12.20pm. This is an hour after we approved and within our right explained that this would be a 50 cost for the extra time. Once you were out we also did not receive the keys back until 1-1.30pm and called again to check the status of these being returned as we had our next guests waiting to check in. All of the information is very clearly stated in our welcome letter, should you have taken the chance to read this or visited reception to query any of the things you were unsure about instead of assuming. My staff do not deserve to be yelled and screamed at and at no point do I accept this type of behavior. As per our conversation I'm sorry that you feel there was a lack of communication however all of the questions you had could have been answered had you showed up at the correct and approved time. At every point during your stay, we have accommodated to your every request and concern. If you are unsure of the processes and procedures at a hotel the easiest and most common-sense thing to do is have a conversation with our staff to answer or read the welcome letter we have provided with all the information needed,Kind regards,ULTIQA Burleigh Mediterranean

We loved this place!😊 Stunning view from balcony at apt 2904 and from all windows. Spacious living area, clean and fresh. Conveniently across the road from patrolled beaches and close to shops. Will definitely return👍☀️

The unit itself is quite old. No air con in the second bedroom made for an hot nights sleep. Great views tho and the check-in and out was seemless and easy.

Excellent location to Burleigh shops and surf clubs, Cole’s supermarket just across the road, the rooms are so clean and tidy, pool and outdoor areas lovely. Can’t wait to return!!
