Great little hotel for the price, very friendly reception. Would have given 5 stars but road works were a pain to navigate. This was not the fault of the hotel however.

We wish we could have less noise unfortunately we have no control over the roadworks preparing for the future Tram works. We thank you for your understanding .

The room was ok. Unfortunately there was 24hr roadworks at the time of our visit which made for alot of noise and difficulty getting in and out of the property.

External Roadworks noise/access issues to property, but these were communicated with us prior to our stay.
