Car parking is limited but the convenience of getting around and the unit were great.

Location was great in terms of walking distance to Surface Paradise which was nice. Parking at the Hotel was challenging at times but was able to get street parking.
One lift to the South Tower needs repair as one was working even though it did stop working at one point and we could not get up to our room.
Our room 524 was cozy, clean and had a nice view towards the ocean.
However our neighboring room 525 which seemed to be a long stay guest was quiet noisy which made our stay unpleasant especially early mornings with the door banging any times, waking us up. Also voices coming from the room was very loud where you can hear the conversation to bellowing too. It also was like a child care centre where you can hear a child making a lot or racket as well.
A bit more respect needs to come from long term guest staying at the Hotel just like how we were respectful during our stay and not making constant abrupt noise.

Lovely and clean, spacious room, pool and hot tub facilities.
No overnight reception staff, restaurant closed during my stay, vending machines broken.
Parking very limited, but I god lucky during the stay!
Really nice place, will come back.

Love the location - easy access to trams and bus stops. My room was a bit aged, but still ok. Reception staff are lovely.

Well priced accomodation and facilities in line with this. The beds were average, no hairdryer or iron, and parking was unreliable ( half as many car parks as units, so parking was multiple block away).
