Overall, our stay at The Palm Beach Hotel was delightful, primarily due to the excellent accommodations. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay in the town.

Budget effective, area that's comfortable & takes care of everything you'd want including dining options/close to public transport/airport.

Located centrally, close to the beach, bus services and an amazing staff. Generally, very good value and I would recommend the hotel

Liked. Friendly staff, very helpful, room was nice.
Didn't like. Availability of showers and toilets.

There is no lift & it was up steep stairs. There was no mention of accessibility issues. Would not accept a debit card, had to be a credit card.

The room was surprisingly big, it was clean and the shared bathrooms were also very clean. The bed was super comfy and my room had AC! Very happy with my stay here. Side note: the bagel place (UE Bagels) downstairs had the best bagel and coffee I’ve ever had in GC. So good!

Staff were lovely & the dinning options were very good, either in-house or close by. Parking was right at the hotel too! The room was clean & the bed & pillows were comfy too!
As we are in our 70’s,..what was not so good was the stairs to go up to the room carrying bags etc & the ‘shared bathrooms’. But the bathrooms were clean & had all you would need to shower. Overall a good low cost option & much less busy the further down the coast!

There was a number on office window for assistance a young lady had locked herself out i had called seven times no answer needs attention in this area disappointing but otherwise good experience
