Had a lovely stay as a gift given to us. Lovely staff and amazing service. Breakfast was delicious and the drinks were great. Happy with service all round will definitely be back.

Very unhelpful, untrained staff. Didn’t really feel welcome. Really overpriced food and not many options. A small bowl of hot chips is $17! The hotel itself is lovely and the pool and gardens are amazing. Would like to see Australian made toiletries in the rooms.

Absolutely loved our staycation! From the second we checked in, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. Excellent dining options, parking is plenty and easy to navigate and a lot of seating options around the pools. Rooms are comfortable, modern and spacious. Big shout out to Kesha, Melika and Holley who made our stay very memorable. We’ll be back!

We spent 5 nights at JWM, our first time staying there. The staff were phenonmimal from first interaction till our last. The kids loved the live fish pool and the waterslides.
It was a great hotel for both kids and adults.
Very convenient to tram, beach without being in the middle of the madness.
We will definitely be staying here again.
