The staff was very nice. One gentleman in particular stood out as exemplary. His name is Echo. Thank you for making our stay even more pleasant, Echo!!

Unfortunately the air conditioning unit in our room was so loud we did not get a very good sleep at all. The staff and food was very good and the outside area was beautiful.

Fantastic island and beach. Shame it was rather shabby and alot of litter. Hotel good. Breakfast very limited I think because it was quiet but food later was good . Staff were friendly and helpful. Did a snorkel trip but think we paid double what we could have if we’d shopped round

This was our 4th stay however unsure if we would return. An error was made by the resort re some booking arrangements and transport, which they denied, however i had emails which proved otherwise. On forwarding these received no response or acknowledgment. Sheets were dirty and had holes in them, we requested they be changed. On our return they replaced king sheet with 2 singles for the rest of our stay? Tried to book a massage by ph, told i had to go to reception, then given incorrect info at time of massage and the massage was cut short by 10mins. The breakfast was terrible and always cold, but the fruit selection was ok. Other than reception staff the others were lovely. Overall, the stay was weird, the resort disorganised with noticable cost cutting. One positive is they gave us a free boat transfer when we left, however still never took responsibility for the arrival transfer mess up. We spent 1 month in Bali in various locations with no issues except here. Such a shame as such a beautiful location and so much potential. I hope they lift their game.

Snorkelled from beach. Nice pool. Close to other restaurants. Good breakfast. Good helpful staff. Bicycle rental was higher than other islands. Best hotel and location on our whole trip.
Meno was quite.

Absolutely beautiful piece of property. The staff is fantastic and the island is the best out of the three.

What a lovely hotel in an amazing place!
Posted 22 Nov 2022 on HotelsFrom the moment we arrived, the staff were tentative to our needs and the beach bungalow which we stayed in was excellent! We ate our meals regularly in the hotel and the food was lovely, as well as the cocktails! The hotel is situated right in front of the most amazing coral reef filled with an abundance of sea life including turtles. The hotel kindly arranged a private boat to take us to the neighbouring islands and back. Snorkelling equipment and towels were always available and the swimming pool was very clean. All in all I wish I could’ve stayed much longer!
