The staff was nice, but the air conditioning in the toilet in the hotel room didn't work. There were also cockroaches in the toilet!!!

It served our purpose of being close to the airport for a early flight as traffic in Penang can be quite busy and front desk staff were friendly and helpful

Raia Hotel is perfect for anyone visiting Penang Island on business. It is situated within 20 minutes walking distance from the Airport (Penang International) and is safe, secure and well looked after. It has great WIFI, Huge smart TV in the rooms, desk for working and all the amenities you might expect. Additionally they have a buffet style restaurant.
