Right in the heart of Georgetown. The property is actually part of the UNESCO heritage and has a mark on the map. Love the high ceiling, room very spacious, with sofa, desk, and a big bed, quiet and comfortable and clean. There’s a pool on the second floor. Lots of plants. Beautiful courtyard. Free local desserts and tea has on Fridays and Saturdays.

No breakfast available, sun loungers not available, hard to reach room service u have to go down to lobby, the location nice, but amenities not good

Dirty and Smelly and just uncomfortable.
Posted 8 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe staff is amicable and lovely but unfortunately, this is not enough to make a stay pleasant. Upon entering my room there was a terrible smell of urine everywhere. You can tell the room had not been properly cleaned. The refrigerator edges are so dirty I was afraid to touch it with bare hands, I found black hair all over the sink....my hair very blonde. The bed was incredibly hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. My back has been sore the whole stay. The sheets didn't seem to be washed as they smelled of urine and we musty. This property is not well looked after. I am very surprised at all the positive reviews as it is very rundown and not in the most hygienic of conditions. Every inch of the room was dirty and unkempt. It is a shame because they have the nicest staff.

Muntri Grove is tucked away down a small street making a cozy place to come home to at the end of the day. All the staff greet you with a beautiful smile and make you feel welcome. This was my second stay here and staff remembered me from my first visit. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was a little too hard for me but wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. I will recommend Muntri Grove to my friends.
