what I like is the location but the hotel didn't well maintain as last time

Need a bit improvement

Nice room, clean but: 1. Water from the hot shower is not hot at all 2. Safety box keep on beeping 3. I heard a loud sound like 'a big thing' fall on the ceiling every 3-5min.. Annoyed breakfast is superb! Variety of choices! Nice view from balcony..facing sunrise

This the worst most dirty hotel. We told the staff how dirty the room was and they did not even care. The breakfast was a joke don’t even have eggs. The safe did not work we asked for it to be fixed and they did not. To hotel smelled of natural gas. The sheets and curtains stained. The bathroom full of black mold.and I want Hotels.com refund my money

Great location- but the Internet was so insanely slow and they know it but don’t upgrade - that I won’t ever stay there again. 49 minutes to upload a single photo- not exaggerating

Safe deposit box giving out disturbing sound ntermittently thus unable to sleep soundly. The sound caused disturbances to my sleep and did not have a good sleep.
