Not friendly at all
Posted 26 Jan 2023 on HotelsI booked a room thru Hotels.com but when I arrived to the hotel the welcome was rude. The guy told me the hotel was fully booked, then when he saw I had this booking with Hotels.com, he told me "well we got an other hotel, wait we will drive u there" I wait around 1 hour, then a guy took me there, it was a bit far and the hotel was horrible and the room was worst, without window so I asked them to cancel the booking but they didn't and it looks like that Hotels.com does not care much about that, I still have no refund!

Terrible... The bed had no headrest so there were unsightly marks made by people who leaned on the wall..!

Cheap & Suitable, with nice managers
Posted 13 Sep 2018 on HotelsLow-cost, budget hotel. Staff are extremely nice. (When they realized that I wasn't leaving town until the evening, they even offered to let me take a shower after I had checked out.)
