It’s Abit confusing to get into the unit, not a clear direction and took us awhile to find the place. Also, one of the bathroom sink are clot and the dryer on the washing machine are not working. They should at least put a note and telling customer, it’s only for washing and the dryer are not working. We end up have to go home with all the wet cloths. Very disappointed.

The photos make this property look amazing and it is, but lots of things make this inconvenient. It seems Windmill upon hills is the residences of the Swiss Garden hotel, with no assistance from the hotel it self. Checkin was across the road at Geo38 and when they say checkin is at 3pm, they mean it. Not 1 minute early! Limited amenities in room - no tea/coffee, no spare towels or toilet paper. No access to pool towels. Accessing the building was very difficult, we had to go through a carpark and navigate the lifts with hard to use access keys. There was no help, we are travellers from another country and wanted help to get taxis - it made our stay exhausting. The Royal Suite was lovely but if I was to stay again in Genting, I would stay at Resort World.

Never go for offer price , the picture is not the actual property. U have to pay for carpark & juz a room not a studio. Even not provide u aircond in the room

Check-in is a nightmare: collect the keys from one place and go to another building! Only one key is available, which is problematic considering the fact that you need the keycard to activate the lift! Everything in the suit is basic (the shower drain was clogged!)

Property was well below standard. Upon arrival we were told to travel to another hotel for check-in. We also paid an extra 100RM for early check in as we have two small children. Parking was inconvenient. The Duplex had no aircon except for one room. The curtains were all ripped. The bathrooms were really inadequate. Mostly they were very smelly. This apartment was an Airbnb which we didn’t realise. We though it was part of the Swiss Garden Hotel. Very misleading. Well below the luxury we were expecting. Staff were unhappy and miserable. Remote control for TV didn’t work. After pulling out the second bed in the bedroom downstairs you could shut the door. Overall very disappointing. We immediately checked out again and left. I would never stay here again. Incredibly inconvenient place.
