Excellent. Easy check in, friendly staff. Nice room. Really close to centre of Geneva for restaurants and shops. And close to station (can see it from reception)

The hotel is near train station and the room is very big and clean

The kettle did not v work and we could not make tea.

Very convient location if arriving by train - a 2 minute walk. Rooms were small but comfortable. Bed was excellent as were pillows. Did charge us 30CHF for early arrival which we didn’t understand or need. After talking with staff they did reverse it. Although the person that did the refund acted like it was coming from his pocket - very short with us. Breakfast is ok 29CHF. But food around is also very expensive.
