Convenient , well appointed room. The only drawback for me was the lack of a coffee maker in the room!

Nice and clean, good size room/bathroom. Would be great if have a cabinet or shelves in the bathroom to keep the skin care/make-up stuff.

We stayed here on business for 2 nights and unfortunately wouldn’t return. There were only 3 sockets in the room (2 French and 1 Euro) and they were situated no where near the bed which made it difficult to charge anything without having to get up and down! The breakfast (19 Swiss francs each) was awful, cold scrambled egg, not enough choice and coffee machine wasn’t working properly (left for the day hungry). Whilst it is a clean hotel and location is ok (still a fair walk to the centre) the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable I did not sleep well at all on either night. If we return to Geneva this wouldn’t be my first choice of hotel.

There was little or no service offered. No offer of help. Staff was harried therefore rude in responses.

Advertised that they provide a city travel pass but they do not. The room was outdated with no usb points, very noisy from neighbouring rooms and warm as it was 22 degrees as the air con did not work.

Convenient enough, a short walk away from city centre. Nice lobby area with a bar and restaurant. Staff at reception was helpful. Overall a good stay.
