Room’s a bit small, will not be comfortable for 2 persons.
It’s standard breakfast , exactly the same fare two mornings in a row
This is more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel

Loved our stay at CitizenM. Small rooms but well thought out, quiet and very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast and coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again. Trams in front going all over and free transportation for tourists.

CitizenM is excellent. The rooms are smaller but very well designed. The shower is great. The bed is very comfortable. I wish I had the same at home.
The hotel is right next to the old city. Just walk up the stairs across the street to many views, shops and restaurants. We found the iPad to be too complicated, even tho we are both tech savvy. Needs an upgrade. Some things are easier without this “convenience” such as turning on lights manually and using a remote for the TV. We gave up on the iPad and streamed a movie from my phone.
Generally a very inviting hotel with great staff and a good breakfast, including espresso or any coffee desired. Nice sitting areas on the ground floor make up for the smaller room.

Couldn't have a better location; adjacent to old town and downtown. Clean and fragrance-free. No concierge but receptionists were helpful. The room was small but adequate; the bed was wedged between the outside wall and the bathroom wall, so I had to literally climb onto the bed from the foot of the bed; good water pressure in the shower; bus to/from the airport stops two blocks from the hotel; no ramp for suitcases at hotel entrance-need to lift the suitcases up a few stairs. Overall, great value considering the cost of hotels in Switzerland in general.

Pleasantly surprised how modern and impressive CitizenM was. Great service and amenities. Use an iPad to control the room lights, tv etc. Fun!

Stayed for 3 nights. Wonderful location, close to everything. The only downside is the room is very small. It was hard to move around especially with our 2 large suitcases. Not enough storage.

A lovely and youthful hotel with a nice common area for dining with a bar. The rooms were clean and well-designed.
