The young woman at the front desk, Melody, was extremely profesional, courteous, and helpful. She truly went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Because of her help, we will always choose Hotel San Marco when visiting GenSan

I really liked the location and the peacefulness. By far the best part was the staff. The front desk employees handled the check-in and check-out very quickly and courteously. The restaurant staff were also excellent. The breakfast food tasted great, but everything was super cold. The hotel truly needs to invest in buying food warmers. It is a shame to have a beautifully cooked breakfast served cold. The room was spacious and very very clean. The refrigerator and coffee pot worked great. I always stay here when visiting GenSan, but hope they correct the breakfast issue.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Ms. Melody at the front desk was amazing. The free breakfast was also very good and the restaurant staff were excellent. I highly recommend staying at Hotel San Marco. Quiet, clean, outstanding staff, and close to everything

The hotel is super peaceful, clean, quiet, and near to everything. The front desk staff do an amazing job at handling all of your hotel needs. They are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to help you. Also, the woman that work at the breakfast also do an excellent job. I will certainly stay here again. Just an all around fantastic experience.

Overall my family had a good stay at Hotel San Marco. However, the room listing was inaccurate. I paid for a "two-bedroom family suite" which turned out to be a single room with two beds (this is how it appears in the video that plays in their lobby). I complained to the manager and she offered us another room (in addition to the one we reserved) free of charge. My son was very happy with the stay because he hates bugs and, aside from a few ants attracted by our fruits, we did not see any others in our room or the facility. We also liked the Spanish style ambiance and decor and the friendly staff.
