Very nice property- rooms large and clean. Front Desk staff overall was excellent and friendly, but did ignore me during check out. Staff was talking with each other and didn’t stop when I approached to check out. Didn’t take the time to acknowledge me or ask me how my stay was. Hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. ART bus stop very close by.

I Great comfortable stay. Friendly staff,comfortable bed and convenient location close to shops and Disneyland. Would stay here again! Embassy suites have never failed in hospitality, comfortability and cleanliness

I booked my room where I can see the fireworks at Disneyland and they gave my room to someone else but they didn't charge me for the parking space so I didn't mind. Only thing in the bathroom there was not enough body wash other than that everything else was good. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you.

Embassy Suites South was very well staffed by competent and attentive staff. Unfortunately, the property was going under repair (which looks like it will actually improve the property), however, we didn’t have a gym or quick access to the west side of the building
