Terrible experience. The hotel is run down and in desperate need of renovation. There was mold on our bathtub and the staff was so rude. We ordered food
to the room, took forever and came with no silverware. When we called down and requested silverware it took over and hour to get it. When I called the third time the person who answered the phone snapped at me and told me “to be patient”. Food was cold once the silverware finally arrived.

One of the nicer hotels in Galveston. Clean, spacious and well manicured grounds.

The property was better that we expected. Very nice staff. Very conveniently located in Galverston. Nice place to get away to.

Last minute trip - hotel is lovely, friendly staff and the grands loved the pool!

Great location, safe property, easy access to parking. Rooms are very dated, subpar amenities, mold in bathrooms, lots of moisture in the hotel in general. We Waited for valet and bar staff during normal business hours. Bar eating tables were not cleaned surfaces not wiped down. Close to attractions. Will stay at San Lius next time.
