Very clean, safe, and quiet. The checking process was jarring and confusing. I think I'd rather deal with having someone check me in at the desk vs the automated system that was in place.

Urine Smell Filled up Room

The bathroom smells like urine the entire stay, and it was disgusting. It does not seem like they clean the rooms in between occupants.

However, as we did not detect such an unusual odor prior to your stay, we were unable to notice it during your stay. We will check for any damage to sewage pipes, etc., just to be sure. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort this may have caused you.

The bed was not comfortable at all

The bed wasn't comfortable at all. There was no padding on the mattress. I felt the bed's spring. The room was really small.

Al hacer la reserva, no se lee la información donde dice que no existe personal en el lobby,para poder ingresar al hotel ocupas un codigo de acceso desde afuera del hotel, el cuál no me fue enviado, sino hasta despues de mi check out, pudimos ingresar al hotel para hacer check in porque alguien más ingreso al hotel. La cama estaba sucia, la taza del baño connresidios de orines , el asensor apesta, las fotos que publican no concuerdan con el hotel.
