Hotel is well located with 5 min walk to Tenjin and great restaurants around the area.

The hotel was a little older and the room was smaller than i was expected and the breakfast buffet was very pricey, which we did not use because of it. The location was great. Easy access to the transportation and many shops. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The room was exactly as advertised! Very clean. Sheets are not changed daily unless requested for environmental reasons, but the rest of the room is taken care of.
The only negatives are:
We were on the 3rd floor and it was a little noisy, but much less than you would expect in such a busy area. If you are smell sensitive, the lobby/entrance are difficult. It always smelled very strongly like a perfume.

friendly and helpful staff, with 7-eleven right next to lobby. Good location, close to malls and shopping areas.
