Paid for 2 queen beds they said they could only give me a king and a pull out sofa. Desk had a nail or toe nail clipping on it and there was a hair and wrapper in the shower . It was not clean and I didn’t get what I paid for . No towels for pool either. Very dissatisfied

The carpets in the halls were visibly dirty with stains. Our room looked like it wasn’t vacuumed.
