What I didn’t like was that the employee James was asleep on the job and then proceeded to argue with me that I didn’t have a reservation and wanted to turn me out for the night. Thankfully I had my Expedia reservation confirmation email as well as the check in text all explains I would be a late check in due to I was coming from California off of a 23 hour drive to crash before I pick up my keys to my new place. He was even more irritated when I asked about check out times, breakfast, and how to get to my room and tossed my room key at me. I’ve never stayed at a Holiday inn before and this was my first person to person experience in Texas and it was disappointing. I won’t be booking with Holiday Inn again after that experience.

The blonde woman at the front counter I forgot to ask her name but she was extremely friendly and went above and beyond when I checked in early and even knew about events in the area especially the event I came to town for…. Next time I’m in FT Worth I’ll definitely be staying there again

The stay was nice and it was 1 mile from my event which made it convenient for me. Was a little disappointed that I couldn't utilize the shuttle bus option.
