The employees at the front desk, particularly Emma and Christina were exceptional. Their level of attentiveness was truly appreciated.

the front desk completely messed up my reservation. I was checked in to another person’s reservation that was canceled. My own reservation that i had made was put as a “no show” and I got put into the wrong room. They ended up locking my room because that reservation that we were checked in was for one night only and we were staying for two nights. I had to pay for another night and I was charged for the no show reservation and the wrong reservation. After my check out the lady helped me and voided the charges.

The only negative I would say is it needs updating . The hotel is fine, beds and pillows were great shower was strong and spacious. Staff was friendly and caring. Pool was refreshing clean and enjoyable. Shuttle service was convenient. Food & drinks at restaurant were great! Ate bkfst there twice & lunch once . Would def. Stay there again .

Good location, clean, quiet, sport bar on location, nice pool, good gym, shuttle to the airport (if you need it). Coffee at the reception 24/7. Breakfast.

The pool area was fabulous! The staff was so nice. They had plenty of shuttles and drivers to take care of our requests. The room was clean and quiet.

Great place. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. And I got a king room through Travelocity for $91 a night plus tax. Worth triple the value. And the movie theater is 3 min walk from hotel
