Heavy rain throughout our stay limited us to the hotel. The only entertainment was the TV which repeatedly went out during storm

I reserved this hotel for the first time ever because of it's convenience. I drove 5 hours fir my son's graduation. By the time I checked in i didn't have time to check anything since i had to leave for graduation. We arrived at the hotel again almost around 10:30 or 11 pm. I was exhausted. The morning after I found 2 hairs in my bed that were obviously not mine. I went downstairs to get coffee to get ready for check-out. On my way upstairs 2 cleaning crew were inside the elevator with the cleaning products and bedding items; I found this very inappropriate. By the time I checked out I told the employee about the incident with the hair in my bed and he asked me why I didn't say anything during the night. Hiw I was going to say anything if the hair was found in the morning. Not satisfied at all.

The staff here is outstanding, friendly and very attentive. This hotel experience has been outstanding! I have not seen customer service like this since pre-Covid! Highly recommend staying here!
