I enjoyed the staff but for what I paid for 1 night the balcony of my room was filthy. Also positioned me the floor above pool which was not quite the view I desired. Ocean view is different from pool deck view. Needs a better deep clean schedule for balconies. Great staff and amenities. Prime location. Indecisive if I will be back.

Visited as a staycation on Mother’s day and will definitely do it again! The pool was a vibe, drinks were delish, and the staff were most helpful!

We rented a pool cabana and the service was horrible. We spent $1500 and had to always chase the server who always got the drinks and food orders wrong. As well as we hardly could find our server to even order. It ruined our day.

When we first checked in everything was really nice and the property seemed really awesome. They said the pool was heated but it was freezing cold. That night there were cockroaches in room and a lot of them. We switched rooms and all seemed better. At check out we were charged an extra $300 the parking that they said was free is actually $55 a night and they said we ate food from the minibar that we didn’t and that we made phone calls when we didn’t. When I called to dispute the charges they said they would adjust the charges and they never did they still left all the charges. I will be disputing with my CC company.

Loved everything about this stay. Enjoyed the pool and DJ the most. Staff was very kind and accommodating as well.
