I left something in the refrigerator went to the gas station to fuel up return and half of my lunch meats were stolen. The agent at the front this morning was so rude and told me that I had check out so the loss was my fault. Myself and my husband spoke to the manager on duty and then left to caught our flight. Would I recommend the hotel yes but I will mention that to beware that your belongings can go missing

Hotel appeared to be beautiful and was a wonderful experience when we got there. Woke up the next morning with bites all down the one side of me, the side I slept on. Very apparently bed bugs. Staff seemed very concerned and that this was of huge priority and that they take the “highest protocol for the safety of their guests’”. I sent pictures to the hotel. They were so sweet to wash my clothes and comped some beverages for us that morning as a small way of being empathetic. I was told a company would be in later that day to investigate and clean the room and an email would be sent to me with their findings. I was told I would get a refund. 4 days later no email. Called hotel. On hold for 35 minutes. Had no recollection of any of this. Gave me no assistance and told me they couldn’t refund me bc I booked through Expedia. What a shame as this hotel seemed so nice! What a shame that people have been staying in a room with bed bugs for 4 more nights. Absolutely unacceptable on so many fronts. Also, I have never left a bad review of any business but this is one the public should know.

Shuttle picked us up no problems. Check in was quick and seamless. Hotels rooms were very nice just like the pictures
