Most everything was AOK.The breakfast buffet gave a overly loud speech every morning to welcome everyone and how we were all family that I could have done without

Seemed under staffed. The room was clean but the common areas were all dirty.

Terrible….extra charges on my Visa card and currently trying to correct it.

Upon check-in, a credit card is required for room, tax & incidentals; an authorization occurs to be sure funds are available, but the card is not charged. The balance of this authorization is released upon your departure. It may take some banks a few business days to recognize our release.
