Hotel failed to inform us that the rooms were infested with termites. We had to be accommodated to a nearby motel and made us pay extra. So not only did they fail to inform us of the room situations on BOTH rooms we booked but we had to pay extra for mediocre rooms nearby. And to top it off they waited until we arrived to inform us. Not great on their behalf. But at least we got to lay our heads somewhere at night as we anticipated.

The staff is quite nice, the area is really very good, the beach is very close. Shops are present all along the walkway. The website said partial ocean view but I leaned out of the small window as far as I could but apart from the walls it was impossible to see the ocean. The windows AC was so noisy we can not slept, the floor was really durty with sand, the shower didn't works and the room smelled the musty, three days after the back at home the luggage smell the musty. The breakfast is included but between 8 am to 9 am, it is to short for all resident of the hotel and there is not enought tables for all. They should lengthen the breakfast time, the room to get the food is so small taht need someone to organise the waiting line. They must provide more kind of food for the breakfast Be carful, The hotel parking lot is chargeable but first come, first served, your place is not reserved. The closest parking lot is almost $100 per day and it is really hard to find a place.

We got locked in our room on the first day had to have maintenance come. Floors were greasy and slippery even when not wet. The kitchen supplies were a box you had to get from the front. You get what you get. For 2 people we got one fork, one spoon, and one knife. Booked what room showed an oven. No oven and were basically told you get what you get. Maintenance and house keeping were nice. I paid extra to stay for late checkout. Room keys quit working at 11. House keeping kept coming to clean the room. Rooms were clean but not a great experience.

Nice property setup that covers several facilities in a cluster. Easy access to beach and boardwalk. Easy walk to a larger dining and entertainment area. Included breakfast is basic continental style. Room was modern and clean. Additional resort fee was added at check-in. On-site parking was convenient. 1 way streets around the complex took some getting used to.

Room advertised on website and booked was not even comparable to the room upon check in! Very disappointing!! Had to pay for additional upgrade for a comparable room that was advertised as booked room. Did not receive room deposit back at check out.
