I found this property to be elegant yet cozy. I stayed here for one night before moving to a hotel down the street for a conference before all the craziness. I should have stayed an extra night but I will be back. The pool, beach and especially the pool bar were perfection. I arrived well before check in and was easily able to leave my bags with the front desk and start taking advantage of the property. The property is beautiful but the friendliness of the staff is what truly made it an enjoyable experience.

Service is good. We went in May on a Monday and they let us check in early 1pm and upgraded us to a king bed. The resort is private and the beach is quiet and peaceful. The staff is very accommodating and pools were clean and warm.

Food was below average and expensive
Hotel is dated
No dietary accommodation- gluten/dairy
Not close to grocery stores/ main strip
Rooms have rugs and beds are uncomfortable. Saw cockroaches
Soda shack not optimal for early risers or night owls. Will find yourself hungry at night
We used publix to order groceries which I highly recommend.
Wouldn’t return and has nothing to do with the customer service.

For the money, find yourself a more modern hotel closer to restaurant's and stores.

Pools are magnificent! Outdoor heated pools, water temperature is perfect. Expensive prices for food and drinks, however.
