Seemed odd. Areas of the room were dirty, breakfast was bomboarded by people loading boxes with food and not letting other guests grab anything. Pushing and shoving was absolutely awkward and weird to be around. Doors propped to outside all night allowing outsides in stairwells. Not safe. Overall strange vibes, stay elsewhere.

I did like everything,the front desk lady with the short hair ,she was very nice and helpful,I think she name Raquel.

I'm sorry for your unpleasant experience I'm not sure of a Raquel I do have a Shereen that has short hair and we very much appreciate her work and are continuing to train the staff to meet your expectations on your next stay

I didn’t like that room service didn’t clean my room. I didn’t leave the sign on the door so they should have cleaned my room and replaced the towels. My last night they took the towels and washcloths out but didn’t not replace them. I had to go to the front desk and get some. The remote was not working and i had to wait for maintenance to come fix it the next morning. There was a mildew smell in the building.

The hotel has an awful smell
