Just an older property but consistently clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The rooms are nice and they’re always clean yet. Our light in our bathroom did not work and the property is just older. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great breakfast in the morning. On time transfers to the port.

I love this hotel and have stayed at your facilities indifferent towns several times I always choose this hotel but last night I came in with a king's reservation through Expedia there were no rooms left because they told us that Expedia never told them that we had a king size bed. My fiance is 6 foot 6 inches tall and we ended up in a double bed it was ridiculous!!! Also the tub drain doesn't hold we couldn't take a soaking bath. Not happy at all with Expedia on this one nor the fact that the hotel didn't have any rooms for a king's eyes bed

Dated. Mattresses not comfy. Pillows flat. Not vey clean. Noisy air conditioner. But staff is so nice.
