The bed was so hard and we had hair all over the bathroom and in the towels.

Great overnight stay for a cruise. Airport shuttle free.
Ship transport very inexpensive.

It is in a convenient location, the check in took a little longer than expected but they were extremely busy and very understaffed. Our check in was easy and the employee assisting us was very kind and professional. The room was on the average side, very outdated and felt very muggy even when we put the AC all the way down. There was hair in every single sheet, pillow case and towel which was horrifying. There were also hairs on the shower walls. Thank goodness I packed our own sheets, blankets and pillowcases and it was only for one night. I do not plan on ever staying at this hotel again as it was very lackluster and the cleaning done was subpar.

Beautiful hotel overall. Very reasonably priced for all it has to offer. The back patio has a beautiful ambiance and the inside is clean and odor free. It is conveniently located behind a gas station and coffee shop. Parking is easy and free. There is a free airport shuttle every hour to and from Ft Lauderdale airport. Front desk receptionist is welcoming, informative, and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the wait staff are kind, friendly, and catering. Room is clean and everything from AC to hot running water worked properly. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back!

The only thing I had a problem with was the water was cold…. I hate to take a shower in cold water
