Too many check in issues.. Sent to a room that wasnt ready..card didnt work. Staff pleasant but not knowledgeable and ineffective solving problems.

Good air conditioning in the room. Very bad quality of the coffee served in the breakfast. Extremely light, no coffee taste, taste like hot water.

Lack of staff at front desk. Very long line ups. Slow service. Room was very musty. Great breakfast though!
