My partner and I stayed here for one night and upgraded to the 1king bedroom with a balcony and ocean front view for a hundred dollars more for a total of $260 that we paid Expedia. At the resort We had to pay for parking separately which was $55 for the night and there were additional hotel fees we had to pay for at the hotel seperately. The stay came out to about $400 for one night. The water in both the toilet and the sink was yellow. We used water bottle to brush our teeth. And the railing on the balcony was coming off which is extremely dangerous and unsafe. For the amount of money just for 1 night, I would have expected things to be a bit nicer.

The rooms where very expensive a night. I expected a wow factor but the room just looked like a 2 or 3 star hotel

The worst thing that happened was i took the water taxi from the Doubletree..paid 7.50 for a .99 cent bottle of water in Doubletree Lobby..won't forget my water at BOcean again!

The worst service I have ever gotten at a property, you spend so much money for a cabana at the beach but you get no service, the staff is rude and unprofessional can you imagine paying and not getting service, like no one was asking for anything free.

I love the B Ocean resort. It is a very nice property, great service, several dining options. The rooms are always neat and clean. 10 out of 10
