I have stayed here several times and love the location. However, the last time their system was down and the wifi didnt work.I usually look over technical issue beyond their control. They made us write down our card number to charge the room when the system was back up. Fast forward my debit card was used in several location around the hotel after I left. I called my bank to cancel my card WHILE I'M OUT OF TOWN IN TEXAS. That's right I'm stranded with no debit card because you employ thieves. Mind you the room was not charged still. I checked out Sunday on Christmas and they went on a shopping spree on Wednesday. I tried to call the hotel to report and their phones are were down. I only used this card for that room. I function on cash the whole Christmas break except for that room. A police report has been filed. I am LIVID.
