The entire staff was great the location was perfect but unfortunately the hotel is a little run down, no elevator for bags and having 4 people not very convenient I stayed one night so not to rough for a single night.

Beautiful room, very nice staff. Room on the 4th floor, no elevator, 68 stairs.

No closet, no safe, the bed had sagging bottom.... pillows not comfortable.
When we walked in the hotel smellef like they just sprayed for pest control.

The staff were awesome at Hotel Spagna. They were knowledgeable and very willing to help. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The A/C was nice and cooled the room quickly. The only negative was the cramped bathroom, but i would definitely stay here again.

Superb location. Step off the tram from the airport, it’s 200m away. Ideally situated for the historical centre, cafes, and restaurants. The staff deserve a special mention - very friendly and welcoming. A point worth mentioning however, there is no lift. This may be an issue for some.

Excellent location and kindly staff, the only I can complain is about the elevator, was not available for 2nd floor and had to carry my heavy luggage
