Room was great. Spacious and clean. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and kind. Breakfast, especially the cappuccino was delicious. Walkable to everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay here as a family.

It was a great location, walking distance to all the sites, and near the station. Room was clean however the washroom was tiny and some areas old and run down. The staff provided friendly service. Basic breakfast of croissants, yogurt and cereal provided. It will be noisy at night due to the area. It all depends on what you’re looking for a hotel. It’s a basic, no frills hotel, older hotel but in a good location.

When we entered the hotel it look nice from outside and close to train station but we came to know there was no lift which was fine. We carried our luggage to the first floor.
We entered the room it was small which also was fine since we were out most of the time and would only go to sleep at night . We stayed there for 3 nights. We are travelling with small kids.
The most disgusting part was there was there was no hot water kettle and they expected us to fill water from the washroom. I advise since I have young kids we need to boil water and then give them however we had no choice but to give tap water. They also wanted to keep our locker keys together with the hotel keys when we go out for cleaning. I was uncomfortable and kept the safe keys.
The air conditioner was controlled by staff at 24 which I told them it was too hot the first night and to provide fans to which he advised that they control it by room wise. I requested them to keep at 21 Celsius to which the next two nights were good to sleep.
On final day of the checkout was the most terrible experience we asked for a late check out the previous night to which the night staff Noel said he would make it 11am instead of 10am, and then we can keep the luggage down till we leave. I was hesitant a bit but advise them we leave it in the morning.
When we check out at 11am the morning staff I am not sure on the name it may be Slyvain was rude and aggressive towards me and I didn’t feel safe to be there. Not a good exp

I recomfirmed everything with our staffs, and checking the pulica area cctv. 1. by the request of 2 star hotel , we do not need provide ketttle in the room, but if you need, we can get hot water from coffee machine for you. you did not ask.2.the locker key you can take with you, but if you lose it, you will need to paid, we did not instant customer to leave for us, it seeemed like you only complain, but you never ask. why we ask key in the reception is or safe reasons, too. cause if if they keys got stolen outside, it will be more danger for thieves get into the hotel. we have staff in the reception 24hrs to keep it safe.3. about lift, everything was wrttien pretty clearly on our information page, yyou cannot blame us for you didn't ready by yourself during when you are reserving the hotel. 4. and what happened in the check out morning, you should know what really going on, i don't understand why you are lying on the comments. In this suitaiton, we could call police for it, we didn't. and this is what you do? In case you don't know we have cctv in the public area for sutiation like this. So be a grown up man, you have 2 kids, show them that you are a good father instead of being a bad person.Thank you

Hotel was very near to the railway station, many restaurants and attractions. We liked the area and felt safe during our entire trip. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception and the room was clean when we got back. However, it was really hot the fist day and we were not able to turn on the A/C. Upon checking, they said it's centralized and they won't turn it on until it reaches a specific temperature. It was very loud and noisy even when we kept the windows closed. Out TV remote was not working and they replaced the remote but still half of the controls were not functional. TV was on for the entire stay and we were not able to turn it off. There was no soap holder in the shower or the entire bathroom. Location was great.

About ac there are anty pollutions laws it cannot be turne.Regardsd on in April during the day it was 26 celsius at night 8 celsius in Italy is a perfect temperature

Great location, 5 mins walk to the Duomo and train station. Lovely simple breakfast with great coffee. On a busy little street so very noisey. Beds are uncomfortable.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Location was good and walkable to the train station, making it an excellent choice for a one-day stay.
