Enjoyed our stay, a bit far from main area of Florence but nonetheless friendly staff and comfortable quiet room.

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is conveniently placed for the station. We didnt eat in the hotel as it was not particularly welcoming, no menus available (even on the website). The first afternoon we arrived there was very loud music playing, when i queried it I was told it was the Wednesday evening disco. There was no one in the bar, even when we returned from our evening meal, so I dont know who they were aiming that entertainment at.

It is a very good hotel withbgreat breakfast and conveniently located near train station for travellers likenusvwho visied Pisa and Siena, and used itvas a base. Our room however was linked with doirs to.other rooms and customers staying next door drank, stayed up until 3am and were very loud and it was noisy..

Rooms were comfortable, clean, and gorgeous!!! And staff was very helpful and friendly!

Convenient location to train station and central Florence. Hotel staff was very kind and hotel was clean. Room was available prior to check in time which was great! Quiet area overall but walls were thin- we could hear our neighbors very clearly. Bed and pillows were comfy and also amazing water pressure in shower.
